STEPS TO FREEDOM

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:31

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.” Luke 4:18

Total freedom is the promise to us through Jesus Christ the Lord. If we’re to have it, we must attend to spiritual problems resident from the past. You will be hindered and even disabled until you confront and overcome in the areas presented here.

The Bible makes it very clear that a Christian’s battle is not with flesh and blood; although many sincere believers attempt to appropriate their promised liberty in this manner. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal (or of the flesh), says God's Word. We cannot fight and win freedom this way. What the world offers with its drugs, psychology and surgery has never brought actual healing. What we have is called super-natural by the world. They may call it what they will, but there is no other way to what is needed and desired by all people.

Satan is a legalist. He knows his rights and will always take them. For instance, he will use unforgiveness as scriptural grounds to torment and refuse to leave. When the demons have such legal rights in our lives, no amount of ministry will bring relief until their rights are removed through ministry.

We have seen tremendous breakthroughs as individuals have conquered unforgiveness, curses, occult contacts, soul-ties and hereditary iniquities of their fathers.

Perhaps, not everything herein applies to every individual in the Body of Christ; however, all of the information is crucial to those wanting to be totally free.

Maybe God has placed this information in your hands as a weapon you desperately need because, “. . . now is the accepted time; behold NOW is the day of salvation (deliverance).” (II Cor. 6:2)
